Musikmesse 2011 – KRK RP10-3 Studio Monitor

KRK introduceert een nieuwe mid-field studio monitor en verrassend genoeg wordt dit een 3-weg design in combinatie met een 10 inch woofer, een 3” midrange en een 1” tweeter voor een magische weergave in het volledige spectrum. Volgens de fabrikant zou de midrange nog wat getuned moeten worden, maar in augustus zou deze leverbaar moeten zijn. Roy, onze razende reporter tijdens de Frankfurt Messe, wist het eerste kiekje te schieten. Gezien de specificaties op de KRK website voldoet de RP10-3 verder aan alle specificaties waaraan de overige Rokit monitoren ook voldoen. Lees hieronder alle key features.

• KRK High Efficiency Tri-Amp a triple amplification system provides discrete low-distortion power for each driver. While our active three-way crossover systems provide smooth and accurate frequency response.
• Thermal and Overload / Clip Protection to prevent damage.
• Volume Control on rear of unit allows a high resolution gain range from -30 dB to +6 dB.
• HF Control enables adjustment of high frequency output most commonly affected by room acoustics.
