Nieuwe software Denon DN-HD2500 beschikbaar

De Denon DN-HD2500 is al weer een tijdje in omloop en zodra een product de wijde wereld in word geschopt komen er ondanks veel test werk altijd nog bugs naar boven. Vandaar dat vandaag de dag bij zo'n beetje alle gear die op software gebaseerd is een update functie word ingebouwd. En dus ook bij de HD2500 die een beetje raar deed wanneer letters als é, ó, ë voor kwamen in file names e.d.

Before you proceed, you should ALWAYS verify your software version installed in your Denon DJ product to avoid unnecessary download. Your product may already be up to date and no action is required.

So how do you check the software version? Follow these simple steps:

• Step 1: Load a file in either deck. In Cue or Pause mode, hold down the button labeled “-preset” for 2 seconds (on the same side where the file is loaded). The display should then indicate that you are in the preset mode.
• Step 2: Then, turn the Parameter knob counterclockwise (backwards) until the display shows "Version No". Push down on the Parameter Knob to view the version number. If your version number does not match the Latest Plug In’s version, please proceed with the download unless special instructions are specified under Latest Plug In’s.

De update is alleen te downloaden wanneer je je HD2500 hebt geregistreerd bij Denon. Wanneer dat gedaan is kun je de download hier vinden.

Hier onder nog een filmpje waar de nieuwe functies in gedemonstreerd worden. Aangezien de Denon website niet echt snel te noemen is heb ik het filmpje ook nog even op youtube gezet.
