Serato Scratch 1.9 coming soon?

In het pers PDF'je waar ook de TTM56S in stond kwamen we nog een opmerkelijk bericht tegen, namelijk dat er een update van Serato Scratch aan zit te komen welke luistert naar het versie nummer 1.9. Op zich niet zo heel erg opvallend echter word de video plugin ook geupdate naar versie 1.1 en wat schetst de verbazing, binnenkort kun je in combinatie met de SL1 ook de video plugin gebruiken en dat is iets wat voorheen niet mogelijk was.

Serato Video SL
Video-SL is a software plug-in for Scratch Live which adds the ability to playback and mix video files. Manage a variety of video clips from within the Scratch Live library and load them onto a virtual deck for control with either
vinyl or CD. Mix clips with a variety of transitions, as well as apply exciting effects to each clip. The mixed output can be sent to your computer's secondary display output, connecting to external monitors or projectors. Serato Video-SL is sold through Rane's distribution channels.

New Scratch Live 1.9 update
Scratch Live version 1.9 and Video-SL version 1.1 now enables SL 1 and MP 4 users to mix video files. The TTM 57SL has built-in compatibility, while SL 1 and MP 4 capabilities will depend on hardware.
